Original radio was replaced with a modern CD Sony CD unit. I didn't want to destroy the original vented mounting panel for the speakers so I made a new panel from mild steel and covered it with black vinyl. This allowed the speakers to be mounted on the outside as they were too large to be mounted inside like the factory did.
